I am over pleased/happy/satisfied with the great work and attention I received during my first ever (and hopefully last) water damage at my salon. Not knowing what to expect, amount of time I would need to be closed, or what I would be required to do was very stressful.
Matt, Jordan and Rick came in and made quick work of the demolition and assured me they would take care of everything. Epuipment was set up to dry everything out for 4 days and Matt was amazing to work with. Always willing to work with me and get his information quickly when at the salon. As my husband and our friend were laying the new floor an issue was uncovered. Remembering we are all human and things happen, I made calls and the next day Matt was there to get noted what needed to be done to get me all back on track. Within the week, working around my salon being open daily, they had the demo finished and everything cleaned up and ready to roll again. We had a water intrusion that affected tow areas of our home.  We discovered the problem at 9:30 in the evening. We contacted SERVPRO and they were at our home first thing in the morning when we requested them to be there.  The whole crew was professional and did a great job of cleaning everything up and leaving us in great shape.  I would recommend this company without a doubt for any of the services they offer.

They did a fantastic Job, very quick to respond when I called. I can not say enough to express how great Logan was, he was very professional and went out of his way to take the time to explain the whole process to me and as new new property manager that was great. Mike was the supervisor and he also was professional and polite. Other staff were John and Nick they were professional as well. As the sales manager for SERVPRO, I see so many times people in our industry struggling with the loss after an event. Storm Damage is so hard because it is such a shock and can be traumatic. Being there to help individuals out after a loss is an honor.  Being able to reassure them that this is going to be okay and we are here to help is very special.  I have seen lightening strikes that have caused house fires. I have seen wind that has downed trees and damaged buildings.  Hail that has broken car windows.  Being able to help people get through their time of need is very special and it is humbling to watch our trained and expert staff repair peoples property and lives.  We are all honored to help those who need us.

It was great to have someone out so quickly after our house was struck by lightening.  They came and boarded up the area that the lightening had struck and caused a fire, the same day that I called. The quick response is so appreciated.

I would recommend SERVPRO to anyone.  We had a tornado that affected our town and our Christian Church.  The tornado took out 3 stain glass windows and damaged others.  There was shattered glass inside the church.  It scratched pews and other things.  I was very impressed with all the guys that worked at the church. They were excellent. They were friendly, professional and pointed out things even we missed initially.  SERVPRO was fantastic.

We had a very odd construction situation come up and we had to have two floors of a large hospital building opened up unexpectedly for a tour.  We called in a rush and talked to Billy, SERVPRO's General Manager, at 7 pm on a Sunday night.  Billy met with me right away on Monday at 8 am.  The next day he had 30 people there to do a post construction cleaning of two floors of a new hospital building.  The employees that were leading the crews were exceptional and knew their stuff and didn't ask a lot of questions.  They got it done and we were very pleased.

We had SERVPRO of Iowa City clean the house after we found elevated levels of mold spores in our house.  It was making my husband very sick.  They threw away anything they thought to be at risk of having spores. They fogged the whole house to kill the spores.  We now have good air quality in our house and my husband is fine.

I manage a video games store in Coralville. The building next door had a fire.  SERVPRO came in and cleaned up and removed the odor from the building.  It was a great experience. They had a nice and professional crew.  They bent over backward for us.  In less then a week we were back up and running.

My experience with SERVPRO was very pleasant. We hired SERVPRO to clean a car for us. We own an auto body business. There was a dead mouse/rat at some point in the car and caused a terrific odor. The estimator came right away, told us what needs done, they completed the work and it went very well.

Had a water damage at our house due to a washing machine line breaking.  The SERVPRO team was extremely helpful during a stressful time.  The team kept us updated throughout the entire process.  Thank you.

Our basement flooded from a broken city water pipe. Water covered whole basement. Called SERVPRO in afternoon. They are about an hour away. They came and worked well into evening. Basement drains eventually drained water. They removed and disposed of carpet pad in plastic bags, loosened paneling to allow air circulation behind it, and set up their dehumidifiers and fans before going home. They took pictures of damages and forwarded them to our insurance company. We only had to be here to let them in. They did an excellent job from start to finish.

I was very satisfied with the professionalism and politeness of the SERVPRO staff and the efficiency they provided in getting the job done in a timely manner.

We were impressed by the promptness and high quality of workmanship throughout the whole project of restoring our laundry room and adjacent rooms damaged by a ruptured water heater.
