We are very thankful for all of your help in getting us back into our house after our fire. The house is cleaned and smelling way better then it did and thanks SERVPRO for all of your help.

Yeah SERVPRO of Des Moines East and SW you helped save our elementary school.

We had a water damage in our school on Saturday. We called on Sunday morning and by Sunday at noon we had SERVPRO on site extracting water, setting equipment, and spraying antimicrobial.

The crew that responded to my loss was amazing and got there so quick to help with my water loss.

December 27th we had sewer backed up in our basement. After calling SERVPRO I couldn’t believe how quick Kelly and his team responded. There work was quick, efficient they all worked as a team I was very impressed. When the contractor came out he made the comment “you can sure tell you had the A team at work here. A representative from that team was here every day to take readings on how things were drying. I truly cannot say enough about this crew from Ottumwa Iowa

Kelly and Jordan were amazing to work with. From day one they were in my house and making phone calls to insurance to get my water damage taken care of.  They made numerous trips, phone calls, and went above and beyond what their job calls for to ensure that I was taken care of.  When the clean up started on my house, they did an amazing job making sure that it was done accurately and appropriately.  I was expecting a rip and tear job but instead, everything was handled delicately.  They kept not only me, but my insurance adjuster and contractor informed with their progress.  I could go on and on about how amazing these guys are.  I would 1000% recommend Kelly and Jordan from Ottumwa SERVPRO!
